At ParvsHub, every cake is freshly prepared and carefully customized for your celebration. Please review our delivery timings, advance-order requirements, and substitution policy below.

Delivery Timings

Normal Delivery

All orders are delivered between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM during normal delivery hours.

Morning Delivery

If you require your order to be delivered in the morning, please select Morning Delivery at checkout.

Morning deliveries are made anytime between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM within Bangalore city limits.

Afternoon Delivery

If you require your order to be delivered in the afternoon, please select Afternoon Delivery at checkout.

Afternoon deliveries are made anytime between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM within Bangalore city limits.

Evening Delivery

If you require your order to be delivered in the evening, please select the appropriate delivery option at checkout.

Please note that the original policy specifies the 2:00 PM–4:00 PM delivery window for this option.

Exact delivery timings are not guaranteed. Orders will be delivered within the selected time slot.

Substitution Policy

If any product you have ordered is unavailable for delivery on your requested date or at your delivery address, you may contact us by phone or WhatsApp.

We will provide the next best available alternative based on factors such as flavour, colour, shape, size, or other relevant options.

Additional Delivery Charges

We have a network of delivery partners serving locations within Bangalore.

For addresses located in small towns, villages, or outside Bangalore city limits, an additional delivery charge of ₹400 will apply, regardless of the distance from the ParvsHub store.

Advance Order Requirements

As every product is freshly prepared and customized, advance ordering is required to ensure proper preparation and quality.
